This two-year degree prepares students to transfer to a four-year college and major in programs such as English, history, philosophy, political science, art history, foreign languages, and religious studies.
Students will learn to speak, read and write in a foreign language; evaluate information, ideas and arguments; demonstrate civic engagement; work as part of a team, interpret data; and show knowledge of the scientific method.

December 5: Change in Operations
Due to the weather, Brightpoint Community College will be operating remotely Friday, December 5. Buildings on campuses will be closed. No classes, services or activities will be held on campus, and the Scholarship Celebration Luncheon scheduled for December 5 has been cancelled.
Students who are scheduled to have on-campus classes on Friday should check Canvas and their student email for updates from their instructors. Students who are scheduled to test on campus in the Testing Center should reschedule their test in Register Blast or contact the Testing Center via email for assistance. Virtual testing appointments will be held as planned.
