International Students
Brightpoint welcomes students from around the world and offers comprehensive admission assistance, immigration advising and support services to all non-citizen and ESL applicants and students. From your initial inquiry, through the application process, to your enrollment in classes each semester, and graduation, we are ready to help.
F-1 Visa Applicants
Brightpoint is authorized under Federal Law to enroll non-immigrant alien students.
Brightpoint does not have dorms or any other on-campus housing. International students are solely responsible for securing adequate housing, in accordance with state and local housing guidelines, throughout their stay in the United States.
Other International Students
If you are an immigrant international transfer student, please first read our transfer credit policies. We strongly recommend that students transferring from foreign institutions meet with the International Student Advisor or email us before pursuing evaluation of your international transcripts.
Whether you are a new or transfer immigrant international student, before you register for classes, you must bring original copies of all required documentation regarding your status in the United States to the International Student Advisor or Admissions and Records Office. Copies cannot be accepted. After this step is complete, the “service indicator” that has been placed on your myBrightpoint account will be lifted, and you can register for classes.
