Support Your Mental Health with TimelyCare
TimelyCare provides free, 24/7 mental health care to current Brightpoint students.
As the busy fall semester concludes, we’d like to remind you that TimelyCare, a virtual care provider, offers free, 24/7 mental and emotional health support to students at Brightpoint.
With TimelyCare, you can:
-
Talk to a mental health professional about mental and emotional concerns, like depression, anxiety, or stress
-
Book video counseling sessions for face-to-face support (up to 6 per year)
-
Receive a referral for a psychiatric appointment
-
Learn how to practice self-care while balancing your responsibilities
-
Discover new ways to improve your health, including better sleep habits and nutritional goals
-
Find resources for covering basic needs, such as food and housing assistance, transit support, and childcare
If you aren’t sure what you need, speak with a care coordinator, who will guide you to the right resource.
Whether you’re overwhelmed by deadlines, financial burdens, relationship challenges, or other difficulties, you don’t have to handle everything alone.
We encourage all current students* to create a TimelyCare account, so you can easily access the service now or in the future. TimelyCare is accessible from any web-connected device. Visit https://app.timelycare.com/auth/login or download the TimelyCare app, then register using your Brightpoint college email.
*Dual enrolled students are not eligible for TimelyCare. Students under the age of 18 need parental permission to access telehealth services.
Chester Library Closed
The Chester Library will be closed through July 1 due to a water leak. Those who need library services may continue to use the Library at the Midlothian Campus or access Library resources, including the Chat with a Librarian service, online. Students scheduled to pick up a library laptop should go to the Security desk in Moyar (near the Help Hub).
