Students will create working drawings for a residence and commercial building using computer-aided design software; perform basic topography surveys; perform tests on soil, concrete and steel construction materials; evaluate a building for code compliance and use surveying equipment. This degree has options for transfer to complete a bachelor’s degree at Old Dominion University. This degree is offered at the Chester campus.
