Whether you are new to Brightpoint or are continuing your college journey with us, we know getting ready for the start of the fall semester can sometimes feel daunting. We are here to help!
Our Help Hub is the go-to place whenever you need assistance or have questions about the application for admission, registering for classes, financial aid, paying for college, changing your major, determining English and math placement, transcripts, technology needed for classes, and much more.

Drop-In Zoom Room Advising
Now until August 29, the Help Hub is also offering drop-in Zoom room advising. During the times listed below, you can pop into the Zoom room to get assistance with academic advising, course selection, registration, college resources and services, academic planning, goal setting and more. No appointment is needed.

Help Hub Hours (Extended Hours the Weeks of August 19 and August 26)
The Help Hub, on both campuses and virtually, is normally open 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday.
During the weeks of August 19 and August 26, it will be offering the following extended hours:
Week of August 19 (both campuses and virtually)
Monday – Thursday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Week of August 26 (both campuses and virtually)
Monday – Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
