Funeral Services, Funeral Director Major, AAS
Students who complete this two-year degree are eligible to take the national board exam required to become a licensed funeral director.
Students will learn to develop relationships with families of the deceased and address grief-related needs of bereaved; understand ethical conduct and follow applicable laws; understand procedures for burial and cremation; and manage a funeral establishment.

June 11 – Change in Operations
On June 11, the Help Hub, Financial Aid, and Business Office (and Cashier’s Office) will be closed so that staff may participate in an in-service day. Navigators, advising, Admissions and Records, and tech support services will not be available, remotely or on campus, during this day. The Financial Aid Office and Business Office will be offering services remotely.
