Chester Help Hub - Temporarily being Relocated
Due to planned renovations in the Chester Help Hub space in Moyar Hall, the Help Hub team is temporarily relocating.
Starting March 10, the Help Hub at Chester will be in Goyne Hall.
While in its temporary location, the Help Hub will continue to provide on-campus services to students, including, but not limited to:
- Technology support
- Financial aid assistance
- Help with class registration
- Admission and Records Office supports
- Cashier’s Office assistance with tuition payments
- Appointments with new student navigators and Help Hub advisors
- Assistance with general questions
Students may also continue to access Help Hub services remotely by calling 804-796-4000, texting 804-476-0401, or emailing helphub@brightpoint.edu. On-campus services are also available at the Midlothian Campus Help Hub (Trailblazer Hall).
Note: It is anticipated the renovations of the Help Hub space in Moyar Hall will be completed between April 4 and April 14.
