The spring semester is almost here, and we want you to feel ready to hit the ground running. Whether you need to finalize enrollment, plan your schedule, or have lingering questions about financial aid, you can find support from the Help Hub. 

Virtual Smart Start Saturday: Enrollment at Home 

Prepare for spring classes from the comfort of home! Join the Help Hub on Saturday, January 3, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for Virtual Smart Start Saturday—a one-stop opportunity to connect with Brightpoint experts and complete important enrollment tasks remotely. 

During this online event, you can:

  • Meet with an advisor to explore majors and plan your course schedule 
  • Learn about and apply for financial aid 
  • Explore payment plans to manage tuition costs 
  • Discover student support services, like free tutoring and technology loans

Nervous About the First Week of Classes? 

The Help Hub is also offering extended support hours January 5 - 8, from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m., via Zoom. As classes begin, you can get additional help, wherever you are.

New Student Orientation: Don't Forget to Sign Up

Have you already registered for New Student Orientation? If not, now is the perfect time to do so! 

You can attend orientation at either campus:

  • Tuesday, January 6, 2026, from 5:30 - 9:00 p.m., at the Midlothian Campus
  • Wednesday, January 7, 2026, from 5:30 - 9:00 p.m., at the Chester Campus

And our fully online students can join a virtual orientation session on Thursday, January 8, 2026, from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. A Zoom link will be sent via email after you register.
