Help Hub Extended Hours August 18-28
The Help Hub is open extended hours August 18-28 to help you get ready for the fall semester, which starts August 25.
August 18-21
Connect with the Help Hub on campus, via text or online from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
From 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. you can connect with the Help Hub virtually via Zoom.
Virtual support will include:
- Technology help
- Advising (new student navigators and professional advisors)
- Admissions and Records to assist in any holds, application processing, or term activation
- Financial Aid and Cashier staff available to assist with payment options and general financial questions

Connect with the Help Hub at Chester, at Midlothian, via text or online from 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
All core services will be available in person, including:
- Advising
- Admissions & Records
- Financial Aid
- Cashier Window
- General Help Hub student support

May 20, 2026 - Library Services
Both campus libraries will be closed on Wednesday, May 20, to allow library staff to participate in professional development. Although the physical locations will be closed, remote services will remain available 24/7 through the library’s website.
