The Student Government Association (SGA) was formed to give students an active voice in student affairs. New SGA Officers are elected each year.
Interested in becoming the 2026-27 SGA treasurer? Complete the 2026-27 application. Then, email or print the application and submit it to the Office of Student Activities. The application will stay open until the treasurer position is filled.

Student Government Association Senate
The Brightpoint Community College Student Government Association Senate is made up of club and organization leaders from every recognized student group. Club and organizations are required to send a representative to each monthly Senate Meeting.

June 19, 2026 – College Closed
The college will be closed Friday, June 19, to commemorate Juneteenth. There will be no classes, and all college offices will be closed.
While the college is closed, current students may continue registering for classes by logging into their myBrightpoint accounts and using SIS or Navigate. New students interested in attending Brightpoint may get started by completing their application for admission, which is available online.
