Cashier’s Office
Brightpoint’s Cashier's Office accepts payments for tuition and fees by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa.
Payments may also be placed in the secured drop boxes located in Moyar Hall (Chester Campus) or Administration Building (Midlothian Campus). Payments left in the drop boxes should be in envelopes and include all pertinent student/account information. Please make checks out to Brightpoint Community College.
Pay your tuition and fees online with your MasterCard or Visa using the Student Information System in myBrightpoint.
Please remember that Brightpoint Community College does not generate bills for tuition and fees. It is your responsibility to make sure you pay your tuition and fees by the listed deadlines. If you do not pay all tuition and fees by the appropriate date, you may be dropped from your classes for non-payment.
It is the student's responsibility to drop any classes by the last day to drop with a refund for each session to ensure no debt is incurred.
1098-T Forms
Brightpoint 1098-T forms are mailed annullly to the student’s address on file. If you have not received your form, you can download a copy from Brightpoint Maximus Portal

Please note that 1098T forms are only generated for tuition that was paid out of pocket.
If you received full financial aid, you will not receive a 1098-T form.
Memorial Day Weekend
Brightpoint will be closed May 27 – 29, for the Memorial Day weekend.
While the college is closed, current students may continue registering for classes by logging into their myBrightpoint accounts and using Navigate or SIS. New students interested in attending Brightpoint may get started by completing their application for admission, which is available online.
