Solar Eclipse Presentation
Event Information:
The next solar eclipse visible from Virginia will happen during the afternoon of Monday April 8, 2024. In anticipation of this significant event, join us for a presentation on the physics of eclipses and safe viewing techniques.
The presentation will take place on Wednesday March 27 from 2:00 to 3:00, and on the day of the eclipse, Monday April 8, from 12:30 to 1:30 on the Midlothian campus, room H109.
Immediately after the Monday 4/8 presentation, we will set up viewing stations in high traffic areas on both campuses. Contact: Dr. Renault, prenault@brightpoint.edu
