Solar Eclipse Presentation
Event Information:
The next solar eclipse visible from Virginia will happen the afternoon of Monday April 8, 2024. In anticipation of this significant event, join us for a lecture on the physics of eclipses and safe viewing techniques.
The lecture will be repeated on the day of the eclipse, Monday April 8, from 12:30 to 1:30 on the Midlothian campus, room H109. Immediately after the April 8 presentation, we will set up viewing stations in high traffic areas on both campuses.
