Information Technology, AAS
This two-year degree prepares students for entry-level jobs in IT.
Students gain an overall understanding of the IT field, while pursuing one of several tracks of study including Cisco network administration, computer application design, cybersecurity, network security and support, computer programming, cloud computing, and management information systems. This degree may be transferable to some four-year colleges.
Students will learn to communicate using computer software; design an operational computer program; demonstrate an understanding of programming logic; and model and design and information system.
