Precision Machining Technology Certificate
This four-semester program prepares students for entry-level jobs in machining.
Students will calculate and interpret measurements related to machining operations; earn nationally recognized credentials from the National Institute of Metalworking Skills; and write procedures using computer-aided manufacturing to produce numerical control code for machines. This program is offered at our Chester campus.

Chester Testing Center & Library
- Testing Center at the Chester Campus: Will be closed July 1. On July 2, the center will reopen in its new location, Moyar Hall, room M229.
- Library – Chester Campus: Will be closed June 30 and is scheduled to reopen July 1. Those needing library services on June 30, may use the Midlothian Campus Library or access resources online, and library laptop pickup will be at the Security desk in Moyar (near the Help Hub).
