Ask-a-Librarian Chat 

Get research help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our Ask-A-Librarian service. Librarians, either through Brightpoint Libraries or another academic institution, are available to answer questions about research, citations and library services anytime.  

Chat services are available 24/7; however, you can connect directly with the Brightpoint Libraries staff during the following times: 

Monday – Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Appointments

To connect with the Brightpoint Libraries outside of chat hours, please make an appointment to schedule a research consultation with a librarian. The Brightpoint Libraries' librarians are available by appointment, Monday–Friday 9 a.m.–6 p.m.. We will also accommodate appointments outside of these times.
