Cashier’s Office

Brightpoint’s Cashier's Office accepts payments for tuition and fees by cash, check, MasterCard or Visa.

Payments may also be placed in the secured drop boxes located outside the Help Hub in Moyar Hall (Chester Campus) or Trailblazer Hall (Midlothian Campus). Payments left in the drop boxes should be in envelopes and include all pertinent student/account information. Drop boxes are checked each weekday morning when the college is open. Please make checks out to Brightpoint Community College. Cash payments should not be left in the dropboxes. 

Pay your tuition and fees online with your MasterCard or Visa using the Student Information System in myBrightpoint.

Please remember that Brightpoint Community College does not generate bills for tuition and fees. It is your responsibility to make sure you pay your tuition and fees by the listed deadlines. If you do not pay all tuition and fees by the appropriate date, you may be dropped from your classes for non-payment. 

It is the student's responsibility to drop any classes by the last day to drop with a refund for each session to ensure no debt is incurred.

1098-T Forms

Brightpoint 1098-T forms are mailed annually to the student’s address on file.  If you have not received your form, you can download a copy from Brightpoint Maximus Portal.

Please note that 1098T forms are only generated for tuition that was paid out of pocket.

If you received full financial aid, you will not receive a 1098-T form.
