Find Financial Aid Support
If you have questions about the financial aid process or your student account, contact the Help Hub or the Financial Aid Office by email or in person for assistance.
Read our Financial Aid Quick Guide for 2025-2026.
Important Update
There is a new, more secure way to submit documentation to the Financial Aid Office. Instead of sending documents to financialaid@brightpoint.edu, we recommend students upload their documents through the Financial Aid eForms option in the Student Information System (SIS) application. For detailed instructions, refer to our eForm Upload Instructions. If you need help or have questions, feel free to contact our office in person in the Help Hub or by email.

Getting Started with Financial Aid
Brightpoint offers many financial aid options to help you pay for your college education.
Financial Aid can be used to cover expenses like tuition, fees, and books and supplies. Financial Aid is awarded in different forms:
Active-duty military, veterans and their dependents can also utilize Military & Veterans Educational Benefits to pay for their classes.
To get started, complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) each year. Some funds are first-come, first-served, so it’s best to complete your FAFSA when it becomes available on October 1.
Complete the 2024-25 FAFSA if attending during the Spring 2025 or Summer 2025 semesters. Complete the 2025-26 FAFSA if attending during the Fall 2025, Spring 2026, or Summer 2026 semesters. The 2025-26 FAFSA is now open!
College Closed July 4 - 6
The college will be closed July 4 – 6 for the Independence Day holiday weekend. There will be no classes, and all college offices will be closed.
While the college is closed, current students may continue registering for classes by logging into their myBrightpoint account and using Navigate or SIS. New students interested in attending Brightpoint may get started by completing their application for admission, which is available online.
