eForm Submissions

Instead of sending documents to the Financial Aid Office via email, we recommend that students upload their documents through the Financial Aid eForms option in the Student Information System (SIS) application. For detailed instructions, refer to our eForm Upload Instructions. If you need help or have questions, feel free to contact our office in person in the Help Hub or by email.
