Brightpoint Connect: Build Your Brightpoint Network
Come to Brightpoint Connect, an event where students can connect with clubs, student service departments, vendors, and each other! Food trucks, ice cream, and snacks will be available. The event will be located in the courtyard area between Hamel Hall, Trailblazer Hall, and the Administration Building.
HBCU Experience
Learn how a start at Brightpoint can lead to your very own Historically Black College and University (HBCU) experience.

Engineering Night
Interested in Engineering? Our small classes and guaranteed transfer agreements with top colleges and universities make Brightpoint a smart choice for getting started in this in-demand field. Come learn more!
Event Schedule:
- 5:00 - 6:15 p.m. — Engineering Micro Job Fair for current and prospective students
- 5:45 - 6:15 p.m. — Brightpoint Engineering Information Session for prospective students and family
- 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. —University Panel Presentations, followed by group and individual Q&A sessions
Universities joining us for the event include ODU, UVA, VCU, VSU, and VT.

ExpressFest: Speak It. Screen It. Slam It.
Speak it! Screen it! Slam it! Join us for a night of student expression.
Brightpoint students will showcase their talents during one spectacular evening that includes three events: a public speaking contest, short film competition, and spoken word slam. Whether you're into powerful speeches, captivating short films, or compelling spoken word, ExpressFest has something for everyone.
This free, family-friendly event is open to all.
We'll be in the Nicholas Student Center, 102A & 102B. Seating for this event will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Light refreshments will also be served.
