Community College Workforce Alliance 
Offers workforce development and training, including FastForward, non-credit training, customized instruction, consulting, skills assessments and educational programs. 

Dean of Students Office
Coordinates activities of the Care Team and Student Accessibility Services. Handles Title IX and the Threat Assessment Team.

Division of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences 
Oversees academic departments related to English, humanities, social sciences and visual/performing arts, as well as international education. 

Division of Business, Engineering and Technology 
Covers academic areas of business, accounting, engineering, industrial technology, information technology, manufacturing, skilled trades and public services. 

Division of Math, Science, Health and Human Services 
Covers the academic areas of mathematics, as well as natural and health sciences, including nursing. 

Dual and Concurrent Enrollment 
Coordinates Brightpoint’s offerings to local high schools and their students. 

Facilities Operations 
Handles general operations and maintenance, mail, custodial services and landscaping at the college. 

Financial Aid
Answers questions and provides assistance with the FAFSA, grants, loans and work study positions. 

Help Hub
Provides technical support and digitally connects students to campus services. 

Human Resources
Provides assistance with applying to work at Brightpoint, employee compensation and employee benefits. 

Information Technology Services Center (ITSC) 
The Information Technology Services Center (ITSC) provides tools for teaching and learning, administration and finance, human resources, as well as research and communication. 

Institutional Effectiveness 
Administers a comprehensive program of assessment for the college, including reporting, accrediting activities, research and planning. 

Brightpoint Community College Foundation
Raises funds to support the college and administers Brightpoint Community College Foundation scholarships. 

Libraries
Provides current and effective access to quality library services, collections, and information in a variety of formats both on campus and online. Staff members also assist with technology loans. 

Military and Veterans Education Office
Provides information, applications and certifications for VA educational benefits to veterans, reservists and eligible dependents. 

Office of the President 
Provides executive oversight, leadership and direction for the college. 

Office of the Vice President of Administration
Manages financial aid, the financial services office, facilities, security, human resources, and information technology. 

Office of the Vice President of Learning and Student Success
Oversees academic programs and student services. 

Old Dominion University Distance Learning 
Offers ODU undergraduate and graduate courses at the college's Chester Campus. 

Career and Education Consortium (CEC)
CEC coordinates ongoing collaboration between Brightpoint, public school divisions, employers, universities, state and local government, and the community-at-large to offer high-quality academic programs and career preparation for all students in the region.

Security Services
Secures the campus 24 hours a day, in addition to helping with basic first aid, student parking decal pick up, parking questions, lost and found items, locked vehicles, dead car batteries, and escort assistance. 

Student Accessibility Services 
Assists students with disabilities as they pursue their education.  

Student Activities
Coordinates student groups, plans a number of social and cultural events on campus, and issues student IDs that can be used for discounts in the area. 

Testing Center
Administers online and on-campus testing.
