The Brightpoint Libraries are available via text and online chat Monday - Friday.
Chat services are available 24/7; however, you can connect directly with the Brightpoint Libraries staff during the following times:
Monday – Thursday: 12 – 4 p.m.
Outside of these hours, texts will be answered the next business day. After the Brightpoint staff hours, chat librarians may be with the VCCS or other academic institutions. If they are unable to assist, follow-up tickets will be sent to the Brightpoint Libraries.

January 28 and January 29: Update on Operations
Brightpoint will be operating remotely on January 28 and January 29. No classes, services or activities will be held on campus, and buildings on both campuses will be closed.
