  • No. According to federal guidelines, dual enrolled students are not eligible for financial aid administered by the college.

  • Many dual enrollment courses transfer, but some of our classes are not designed for transfer. Use the SCHEV Transfer Tool and contact the college or university you are considering to discuss the transferability of dual enrollment courses.

  • Dual enrollment is restricted to high school juniors and seniors who meet all admissions requirements and submit application materials by the deadline. On a case by case basis, exceptions can be granted to highly qualified rising sophomore students who are considered both academically and socially ready to enroll in college courses. In order to qualify for early entry, students must have a) grades of ‘A’ or ‘B’ in all high school courses, b) a letter of recommendation from a teacher or school counselor, c) qualifying scores on the Math and English VPT.  Please speak with your school counselor about your eligibility.
